Machine monitoring in 3 steps
INSTALL
The sensor module mounts to the machine body with a magnet or screws. Installation takes approximately 30 minutes. No cabling, no factory modifications.
LISTEN
The dual-sensor architecture records vibration and impact signatures simultaneously on separate channels at every stroke. Data is transmitted to the gateway over CAN Bus.
ALERT
Wi-Fi → MQTT → Cloud dashboard. Anomaly detected, instant alert sent: email / SMS / WhatsApp.
Dual-Sensing Technology
ImpactIQ's sensor architecture operates three independent measurement channels simultaneously.

All channels are sampled simultaneously at every stroke. Low-intensity vibrations are captured by Channel 1's high sensitivity; high-dynamic shock events are captured by Channels 2 and 3.
