Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

Is warranty valid outside Turkey?

Yes. Germak provides full manufacturer warranty. Spare parts are shipped internationally within 3–5 business days.

Can I visit the factory before ordering?

Absolutely. Factory visits are encouraged. We arrange the appointment and can accompany you during the FAT and production inspection.

What payment terms are available?

Standard: 30% advance, 60% before shipment, 10% after commissioning. LC arrangements possible for larger orders.

Do you handle import duties and customs?

We prepare all export documentation (EUR.1, COO, packing list, CE declaration) and coordinate with your local customs agent.

What if a technical problem arises after installation?

Remote diagnostics first via video call. If on-site support is needed, we dispatch a technician. Documentation provided in English and Arabic.

Can the press be customised?

Yes. Stroke, bed size, feeding automation, safety category and electrical specs can all be customised during the specification phase.
